MEET OUR PHYSICIANS

Our team of Board-Certified Otolaryngology physicians and Doctors of Audiology specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck disorders including ear, nose, throat and sinus conditions, as well as hearing and balance disorders. Our Doctors of Audiology provide a full spectrum of Audiology services including hearing aid assessment and fitting. Our mission is to provide the highest quality care in a timely manner with excellent patient satisfaction.

CYNTHIA CHROSNIAK, M.D.
CYNTHIA CHROSNIAK, M.D.Otolaryngology (ENT)
Dr. Chrosniak completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University and went on to the University of Virginia Medical School for her internship in General Surgery and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. From there, she served in the United States Navy as a medical officer. She has been in private practice since 1997 and provides care in all aspects of ear, nose and throat medicine. Dr. Chrosniak is a fellow in the American academy of Otolaryngology and is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She has been honored in the Washingtonian Magazine as a “Top Doc.”
NICHOLAS MEHTA, M.D.

Dr Mehta’s interests encompass all aspects of otolaryngology with special interests in medical and surgical management of nasal obstruction as well as utilizing the newest techniques in Balloon Sinuplasty and Coblation tonsillectomy. He was voted a “Top Doctor” in the Washington area by the Washington Consumers’ Checkbook for 2015. He is board certified by the Academy of Otolaryngology.
KEALAN HOBELMANN, M.D.

Dr. Hobelmann is a native Marylander who returned to the area to practice medicine in 2022. He attended the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery also at Jefferson. Dr. Hobelmann enjoys all aspects of Ear Nose and Throat medicine, with a particular interest in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, including Inspire therapy.

ALLYSON D. BULL Au.D.
ALLYSON D. BULL Au.D.Audiologist

Dr. Allyson D. Bull obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The Pennsylvania State University. From there, she traveled to St. Louis to attend Washington University School of Medicine and graduated with a Doctorate of Audiology. She holds an audiology license in Maryland.

Dr. Bull is skilled in the full array of diagnostic testing for balance disorders, as well as hearing evaluation, consultation and fitting of hearing aids.

RITA MURPHY Au.D.

Dr. Rita Murphy received her doctorate in Audiology from Towson University in 2011. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Deaf Studies, Speech Language Pathology, and Audiology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has been licensed in the state of Maryland since 2012.

Dr. Murphy is highly qualified to perform diagnostic testing for balance disorders and impaired hearing. She is an expert in hearing aid fitting and programming and would be happy to help you with your hearing aid needs.

LAURA E. TOLL Au.D.
LAURA E. TOLL Au.D.Audiologist
Dr. Laura E. Toll earned her Bachelor of Science and her Doctorate of Audiology from Towson University. Dr. Toll is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Her research on bone conduction was published in the International Journal of Audiology. She also previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Towson University, teaching graduate level coursework on hearing aids.

Dr. Toll is well versed in diagnostic audiology as well as the evaluation, consultation, and fitting of hearing devices. She has a special interest in hearing devices with solutions for single sided hearing loss.
